International projects
The Knowledge Centre for Sport & Physical Activity cooperates with partners in Europe in several EU-funded projects. By cooperating with partners in global or European projects, we aim to strengthen and deepen our knowledge.
On international level, the Knowledge Centre for Sport & Physical Activity cooperates on a bilateral basis with organisations.
International networks
Knowledge Centre for Sport & Physical Activity is an active member in several international networks such as HEPA Europe, EPAS and TAFISA. In this way, we keep up to date with international trends and developments. In some areas the Netherlands has a pioneering role, in others we can learn from the knowledge and experience that is available abroad.

KESCAB (Knowledge and Experience Sharing and Capacity Building Online Hub)
The KESCAB project is led by TAFISA and co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Commission. KESCAB aims to develop an online hub that will support project partners’ members, their stakeholders, and the Sport for All and physical activity Movement at large through closer cross-sectoral cooperation, a network of advisory services on Education, Sport, and technology to build capacity, and exchange knowledge, experience, and good practices on the enabling factors of digital and general Education in Sport for All. The online hub, available by the end of 2026 will host different interactive platforms that will link international, European, regional, and national education initiatives and strategies; and connect everyone.
