Ethnic groups and leisure (1979)
The panel was set up in December 1978 to formulate and implement a five year programme of research into aspects of recreation and leisure, giving special attention to the need to inform policy. Among themes of special concern are leisure and social behaviour, leisure and economic organisation, and leisure and environmental resources. In order to progress the work and identify more clearly the priorities for future research, the Panel began by commissioning a series of topic reviews, of which this publication is one.
