The landmark Second Expert Report, Food, Nutrition, Physical Activity, and the Prevention of Cancer: A Global Perspective, evaluated the scientific evidence showing that the everyday choices people make can reduce their chances of getting cancer. The companion Policy Report, Policy and Action for Cancer Prevention, looks at how all levels of society can help ensure that those choices are easier for people around the world to make each day. The recommendations in Policy and Action for Cancer Prevention have been developed by an international panel of experts, comprising the 21 experts who authored the Second Expert Report, alongside additional specialists in public health policy.
